I just wanted to let you know our schedule for the holidays.
We’ll be shutting down at late afternoon on Wednesday, December 21st, and then returning to normal hours on Monday, December 26th. Same thing for the week after Christmas–shutting down at late afternoon on Wednesday, December 28th and returning to normal hours on Monday, January 2rd. As always, you may call if you have an emergency. Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
For those of you who have payroll during either week (which means pretty much everyone)… Please make arrangements with Mike to get your payroll–including bonuses–done early. FedEx’s & UPS’s schedule get a little wonky during this time of year. UPS is basically unreliable and FedEx will probably shut down operations early on both Fridays. Our goal will be to get every payroll out the door by Tuesday. So, look for verification phone calls beginning on each Monday (yeah, that’s today *wink*). Please help us out and be available for it. Thank you!!!
We’ll also be working hard to get our weekly payables (which normally go out Thursday/Fridays) cut by Wednesday. So, please be ready for verification phone calls during the week–if they’re necessary.
